Returns can only be accepted in original packaging/ unworn/ with labels or shoe tags still attached within 14 days of receipt of order.

Please enclose your order number, proof of purchase and your full contact details.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items unless an item is faulty or has been sent in error.

At SQUASH.IT you have the opportunity to try before you buy. Our Head Office in Nuneaton features 4 Squash courts allowing you to try multiple rackets and shoes prior to purchase.

All try before you buy appointments will be overseen by our in house qualified squash coach who can guide and offer advice where needed to ensure your purchase is correct for you.
